SHIPPING INFORMATION

To ensure a smooth transit to your doorstep, our shippers will handle your product with care in a timely manner. Shipping is easy! We offer the following tools to track your PoshBox:

  • Email confirmation sent once shipped.
  • Standard orders arrive 3-7 Business days (Mon- Fri excluding federally observed holidays).
  • Tracking number provided (for domestic orders only).

Can’t talk? Email us at support@poshbox.com or chat directly with customer care using our live chat feature.

In the case that your PoshBox is missing, you must notify PoshBox in writing within two (2) weeks of receiving your tracking information. If PoshBox is not notified within that time frame, we can no longer be held accountable for the missing items and will not be able to offer a replacement or refund.

 

RETURN INFORMATION

At Posh Box we do everything we can to make sure this is a good experience for you, but unfortunately, we don't offer a refund for boxes that have been billed. We also don't accept returns as well, since the time, energy, and costs associated with curating your box has been performed.

If you want to cancel your subscription for any reason, it’s easy. Just contact customer support through Email: Support@PoshBox.com or Phone: 1 800-306-1247.
