What is PoshBox?

PoshBox is a seasonal subscription service that hand-curates each box with items that exemplify the woman who’s chic, fashionable, and loves herself endlessly. Each box is delivered seasonally, so receive the trendiest luxury products for Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter.

How does it work?

It’s simple. Once you subscribe, we’ll ship you a box full of curated items. Each box is different each season and full of surprises. All subscription lengths are auto-renewing.


What types of items will be in the boxes?

We believe everyone should have a taste of luxury and that's exactly what PoshBox brings. Each month’s box will be a surprise of fun goodies based on a seasonal theme. These items might be products you would have walked past in a store, but once you receive them you'll fall in love!

Our items fit mainly in the trendy lifestyle category. You’ll receive beauty, fashion, fitness, and wellness products.

Our team hand-selects and curates each box based on a theme each season that gives you a hint of what's to come. Items range from fitness equipment to energize you, to bath products to help you relax. You may receive home decor items to help brighten your day or single use items that allow you to try something new! Occasionally you'll receive jewelry or beauty products, but everything is sure to put a smile on your face! We can promise you that we personally LOVE the items we send!


I just signed up, when should I expect my package?

Our gifts are shipped in a seasonal system, meaning you will receive something about once every three months (Spring, Summer, Winter, and Fall).


For example: If you sign up in April, you'll be billed the subscription fee and the first box (Spring Box) will be shipped. Your second box (Summer Box) will be shipped about 3 months later, and you will get billed again then.


What if you sell out of a certain box? 

In many circumstances, we might sell out of a particular season's box. In that case, we may have a backup box (called the "welcome box") that we will ship in lieu of the seasonal box. If this happens, we'll make it known on the sales page. This only affects new subscribers, as we'll always have ample inventory to cover subscription renewals.


What if I don't like it? How do I cancel my subscription?

At PoshBox we do everything we can to make sure this is a good experience for you, but unfortunately, we don't offer a refund for boxes that have been billed. We also don't accept returns as well, since the time, energy, and costs associated with curating your box has been performed.

If you want to cancel your subscription for any reason, it’s easy. Just contact customer support through Email: support@PoshBox.com, or Phone: 1-800-306-1247.

What if I receive a damaged item or something is missing?

If for any reason you are missing an item or an item has been damaged, please take photos of your item(s), then contact our Customer Service team by email at support@PoshBox.com or phone 1-800-306-1247 to tell us what happened. We will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

How do you ship and what is your shipping policy?

There is nothing quite like receiving a gift in the mail. Here at PoshBox, shipping is a huge part of what we do and we are committed to offering the best price we can to ensure your specially curated gift arrives to you in a safe and timely manner. Our shippers are working hard to make sure your PoshBox gets to your doorstep exactly how you ordered it. Your shipping cost is calculated based on the price and weight of your total checkout.

Our shipping and handling charges cover the expenses we incur to process, pack, and ship your order. Standard shipping typically takes 5 – 7 business days once shipped, excluding weekends and federally observed holidays. In some cases, shipping may get delayed. We provide you with an email confirmation and tracking number to follow your shipment for continual updates.

Will you charge my account automatically every season?

Yes, but you will be billed for your first subscription period immediately upon placing your order. After your initial payment is made, your renewal date will be adjusted to reflect the date of the following box shipment date. So for example, if you subscribe in November, you will be charged immediately for your first box, but your next payment won't happen again until 3 months later.

Do you ship internationally?

Sorry, PoshBox is currently only available to people living in the U.S. – but check back soon, we’re working on our expansion!

If I find multiple coupon codes on the internet, can I use all of them, or am I limited to just one?

Sorry, but you can only use one coupon code per subscription/customer. If you attempt to use more than one code, your subscription will be canceled.

Does PoshBox ever send out FREE boxes for review purposes?

Yes we do, but first contact our Influencer Acquisitionist at Influencer@PoshBox.com . To be considered as a PoshBox Influencer, let us know what social platform you would use to review your PoshBox and how many followers you have.
